Return Period
You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The product must be in its original, unused, and unassembled condition.
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

Clothing and furniture with tags still attached

Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Process

Step 2: Obtain Return Authorization
Customer service will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Return packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Step 3: Return the Product
Return the product using a trackable shipping method.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Package the product properly to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
Step 4: Wait for Processing
We will inspect the returned product within 2-3 business days of receipt.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after inspection.
